I have two Sugr Cubes, one of them does not charge. It will play if it is plugged into the charger but will shuts down as soon as the charger is removed. When plugged in I get a red flashing light on the volume knob. I have tried a Factory Reset but it did not fix the problem and I can't update the Formware as I get an error message saying that it is charging and to try again later. Can you assist?

yes, I'm using the Qualcomm charger that came with the SugrCube. I originally bought two SugrCubes and I've tried both chargers but nothing seems to work.
