Even when the knob is turned to the off position, my sugr cube has a solid red led that never changes. Even with the provided usb charger and brick the red led does not change when plugged in and the cube does not work. Please help.
Please try to RESET the Cube to factory default, push the button inside the whole (very close to USB slot) for 8-10 seconds. Please turn to email@example.com if it still failed to work.
This is also happening to me, I tried to email support but got an SMTP error from qq who is a Chinese mailbox host.
