Hey I just updated with the most recent release. I found if I set the volume on the cube. If I touch the volume on my phone. Up or down doesn't matter, the volume on the cube changes to maximum.
Hi! Same issue with me to... after last update the min volume is high and so sensitive...Taavi
@Shadsdan Thanks for the issue report. That is un known issue. It is our design balance: we want you to control Cube both from it and from the phone, so there is volume mismatch.
@TaaviTamtikWe tested the min volume, it's really low now. Could you please check your firmware version and let us know?
Thank you both.
Hi! After the last two updates (latest firmware version is 20150703-1101) I still have a issue of volume level. The Cube audio logo, update messages and cube music's minimum level are still too loud. I can't use my cube during the night time because I have risk to wake up my family...
Do you mean starting music logo too loud? Or generally any sound is too loud?
Hi!Yes, both are to loud, music logo and the cube music... To be honest, I expect to have a option to turn on and off the audio logo be self.
Guys, I have the opposite problem. With the volume on my cube set to max and my phone set to max, I get a whisper!
@Scibeeria Please record a piece of video and send to me firstname.lastname@example.org. We will see if it is a defect.
I seem to have the problem that whenever I connect via Airplay (iOS 7 - iPhone 4S and Yosemite - Macbook Pro 2014) the volume cannot be adjusted on the cube.
with kind regards,
Yup, I too have the same issue with AirPlay. I started a new thread with this issue. I also noticed there little to no adjustment on the device side either. No matter what AirPlay is now too soft.
It seemed that Sugr team has introduced a bug for AirPlay, we will fix it in next release.
I found that the recent updates have fixed this problem.
Thanks for the confirmation @Scibeeria .
